Advance Programs

Whether you’re in the initial stages of ministry exploration or you’re ready to plant a church, we would be honored to walk alongside you.

WTE is for ministry-minded individuals (whether vocational or lay) who desire to explore their sense of calling with others who are considering the same. Participation in WTE is not limited to those considering pastoral ministry or church planting.
This gathering is for one weekend and requires the participant to complete some reading and assignments beforehand.
WTE is offered 1-2 times a year (either in the Spring or Fall)

WTE is for individuals who sense a calling to pastoral ministry or church planting (whether vocational or lay) and desire to explore their sense of calling with others who are considering the same, over an extended period of time. The Discern Cohort is still open to those who have previously attended a Weekend to Explore.
This gathering is for 3 weekends over the course of a year and requires the participant to complete some reading and assignments before each gathering.
The Discern Cohort is offered once a year beginning in the Spring.

This one year cohort is designed to train those who are considering church planting as or among South Asians. This cohort is meant to be done in partnership with the participant’s local church (potentially in conjunction with a residency program through their church). Participants should be planning to plant within the next 1-5 years.
The cohort gathers monthly for the course of one year. Three of those gatherings will be in person and the remaining will be done through online meetings. Reading and assignments will be required before and after each monthly meeting.
Church Planting Cohort is offered once a year.
